I recently purchased a 1986 rx7 after I already own a rx8. When I bought the 7 it doesn't run. I tested compression on both rotors when buying it. I dont know much about rotary's yet so I'm looking for some help.

​​​​its a single turbo 13b. Not a turbo 2 motor. The guy I bought it from was in the middle of wiring a megasquirt ECU and had just finished.
it will crank but not start. I don't even know where to begin to work on it and would appreciate some guidance. Thanks.
