FC S4 tii No start, no spark etc.

Hello RX7 Club!
First time posting question, long-time lurker. Excuse my lack of rotary knowledge ive only owned one for 3 years now and I am trying to keep her going to the best of my abilities.

Quick overview of car.
Stock 87tii swapped into 88 vert.
s5 jdm turbo trans
Stock ecu n332
N/A VERT HARNESS
FCD
RB full exhaust
All emissions equipment removed except BAC.
Engine re-sealed and good compression 12k ago.

The Issue:
I was driving the car and hit a large amount of traffic, so I went on some neighborhood roads to avoid traffic (fairly rough road, car is very low). Took off from a stop sign and just as I began to shift into 2nd car died. RPM drop. Tried to bump start car thinking I stalled it but no luck.
Tried starting, car cranks normal but no start.

3 hours, later hair pulling and all I found a issue on my harness attached to the ecu. One pinout which I believe is the Neutral-switch was a little loose on the ECU. I pushed it in a bit more and she fired.

Next day the car was driving fairly normal, but it strangely had a big stumble around the 3800rpms which has never happened before and I drive the car really hard on a regular basis. Including sliding etc. etc.
This time I parked went in for a coffee and she started right away when I was leaving. But as i pulled towards the exit of the parking lot the RPM dropped and she died again. This time my neutral switch was in there good. Few hours later thanks to a buddies truck car was at home.

Things I have checked:
Ignition coils = good
Fuel pump = good
fuses = good
TPS = good
CAS = good
Ecu powered up = good
Grounds = good
I have also swapped my ecu with a n333 and even a N/a one to see if any would give me ref voltage. No Luck

Also tried disconnecting MAF and TPS to see if ref voltage increases but no luck.

Problem:
no reference voltage from ECU at boost sensor.
ignition coils powered up but no spark.
Not sure if my injectors are firing.

Sorry for the really long post. Does anyone have any insights as to what my problem could be? I have been racking my brain but cannot figure out what to do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Just glad I didn't order that haltech ps1k yet.
