fc rpms drops above 3k rpms

I just changed one of my oil cooler lines on my 1988 FC.It was leaking a lot of oil from there. Also did a oil change and Now when I tried to bring her back home my car just suddenly loses the power and the rpms drop. Its around the 3k mark that it happens the car starts right up and drives good up until 3k rpms. Its Not like bogging or hesitation but just like a dead drop of power. My brakes suddenly got really hard and it felt like a weight was put on my car.It felt super heavy to move. If anyone can help pls I miss my car so damn bad and then this happens

Double check the plug wires are correct and battery terminals are tight. Then go over anything you took off to do the oil lines.
