ECU recommendations

So, I think I've pretty much had it with Haltech. I need recommendations on an aftermarket ecu.
Off the top of my head, my major touchpoints are:
  • engine protection
  • electronic boost control
  • connect to laptop

After lots of research I'm leaning towards the Adaptronic. Has lots of handy features (including VE tuning) and can be plug and play, though your harness is probably already hacked up from the Haltech.

What are the issues or things you don't like on the Haltec? They are/ were on my short list for when I go standalone.
