Clutch question

Car has been sitting 20 years, been slowing going through stuff and I’m at the clutch portion. Clutch pedal has hard as a rock, I pulled line off clutch master and pushed slightly on pedal. Pedal fell to floor. Slave looks pretty rough probably going to pull that next. I can get a bar on the clutch fork and push. Should I be able to push and move the fork? It seems to move maybe slightly.

i'm not sure pushing on the fork by hand would do anything.

It's good practice to replace all they clutch hydraulics at the same time since they are all equally worn out
