Weight of 20B setup, and price of a auto tranny

Hi guys, I just purchased a 20B from Tiger Auto in Canada.
I asked them about the shipping, and they said the shipping weight of the engine, tranny, and all accessories ( no intercooler) is 700 pounds
Is that true?

Also, what is the going price for a used Cosmo auto tranny? In case shipping is too much, I might just tell them not to ship me the tranny.

TIA
George

Wow, a Supra MK4 tranny is like 150. Evo8 Tranny is like 90.

So should I even bother with the tranny? Is it worth the hassle? Or just leave it in Canada:-)?

That tranny is heavy. I lifted one out of my Cosmo. I didn't weigh it or anything so i'm not sure how much it weighs. 300 sounds pretty close though.

Wow, that is heavy

So is the auto tranny worth anything here in the US?

I didn't see it close up it was in the middle of all the engines. I think the guy said it was a B series engine but can't remember now for sure.
