tranny question

I know that all the 13b trannies bolt up to the 20b, and I think I know that the 3rd gen trannies are stronger and the way to go, but will a 3rd gen (turbo) tranny fit in my 90 gtu after the 20b swap? And if so, I do buy 3rd gen clutch, flywheel, and pressure plate, right? Should beef up my clutch master and slave cylinder if I go with the Exedy triple plate?

3rd gen tranny is the same as turboII tranny only different bell housing
i dont see the need to beef up master cylinder to work with the exedy tripple plate , unless its already failing
