What's the distance from:
The end of the bell housing to the shifter?
The end of the bell housing and the driveshaft output?

Thanks!

Now are you using the Stock Driveshaft or is it custom. The reason why I ask is because the T56 has multiple spots to locate the shifter?

The drive shaft need to be custom made, the stock one cant be used. As soon as i install the transmission i will send measurements to have the drive-shaft made, it can be order in steel, aluminum, carbon-fiber, cromoly.

Any updates? I am about to do a TR6060 conversion with quicktime bell, samberg diff and trans mount(modified). Great ratios in Australia from FG falcon similar to your GT500's. Just waiting for box to be blueprinted. Will post up my conversion once it starts and problems are encountered.

im still working on finishing the project but while working on the project i moved, i had two beautiful girls and they have kept me extremely busy so i havent had a change to work on the car its sitting in a corner but things are looking up so hopefully soon will get back on working on it. i already got the bellhousing made, the clutch kit is already made to fit the rx7 and the t56 magnum, the aluminum low profile shifter extension was made so basically a big portion of the kit is made i just have to install it so i can take measurement to create the driveshaft and i think i be done i will keep you all posted. thank you for your patience.

We are back closer to finishing project!

the project has been on hold for a bit because i ran into a costly challenge. when i installed the t56 magnum the shifter points are moved forward 3 inches from the regular t56. So this created a challenge for me because now instead of having to find a extention that was 6 inches long and be able to fit it on the very limited space between transmission and chassis. i have look everywhere and the only option that i found was to create a custom made 6 inch relocation shifter which would cost me 1100+ and that has been my battle to pay or not to pay! that amount for a shifter. Recently i was talking to one of the companies that have been working with me on the project and we found a much better solution. I got in touch with the owner of Rockland Standard Gears the creators of the TRANZILLA T56 transmission and they were able to create a solution for the rx7 community. Since they build the full transmission from scratch with all Tremec brand new parts they can custom make it any way you want. from gears ratios, tail shafts, input shaft, ect. the sky is the limit. Another benefit is the fact that they upgrade all internals while building it and it raises the torque that it can handle up to 850 from the 700 stock magnum. In addition, oil system and other major upgrades are performed to have a much stronger BRAND new transmission with full warranty. they also use a longer tail shaft that will just locate the shifter exactly in the factory hole. i should be receiving mine shortly and will post pics when i have it installed. he also offers many additional upgrades to upgrade even further. They have many cars running over 2000hp on their transmission with no problems. Let me know if interested so we can maybe purchase several and get a lower price. In addition, the SFI bellhousing is already made and i will be completing the drive shaft and transmission mount ones i receive my transmission and install it. Thank you all for your patience it takes time to find the best solution for this jig saw puzzle.

Rotary community this is what you all been wating for!

I introduce you to the TRANZILLA RZ custom made as a bolt on t56 magnum upgrade for the rx7 community. It would mount with the Quicktime Bellhousing that I help develop with my friends at QuickTime bellhousings. Thank you all for your patience but it's more than worth the wait. This pics were taken right after being completed more to come of the build process!
