Racelogic traction control system

does anyone run racelogic TCS here? It only cuts fuel, so am curious whether that would be safe while you're foot is planted to the floor with turbo screaming.

would love to hear some input from actual users. There was a groupbuy for this a few years back.

As a general rule, fuel cut on a boosted rotary is a NO NO!!!

t-von, I agree that has been the general consensus, but before we forget this as a viable option, can we discuss why? If you cut more than 50% of fuel, combustion doesn't happen in our rotor housings. Racelogic unit will cut 100% of fuel which would definitely prevent combustion which would prevent any chance of knock.

I was also worried about cutting fuel may dry up the fuel covering the manifold tract, which would lean the next cycle, but Racelogic unit can cut fuel for single cycle at a time.. which means it will cut fuel to 1st housing, 2nd housing, then 3rd housing so when 1st housing gets cut again it will have had 2 fuel cycles.

The unit will allow both primary and secondary injectors to be cut together as a group.

Supra and Nissan guys use these frequently in their boosted applications. I love the interface which allows me to vary wheel slip real time.

Any input would be great.

I have not heard anything bad about Racelogic on a rotary. Partial fuel cut isn't an issue if the injection timing is correct.
