yes, it will run on the stock ecu in an FC, but the wiring and use of the auto tranny makes it not worth the hassle. to my knowledge, there has only been one person to successfully use the stock ecu and tranny in the states....

STOP!
wait until you get back to PA (not sure where you are now) and then do all the work.
when swapping trannies you will have to change mounting points, redo the wiring for a standalone and it sounds like you plan on running the stock twins w/ the auto setup.

PRETTY PLEASE... WAIT! and to it once.
get your engine, strip it, part it out(the stuff you dont need) ,do what ever building you need to do (on the engine) and go single turbo.... just one time. I foresee a mild wasting of money going automatic first and a huge waste in labor/time putting in and ripping out that 20b a number of times.

Just to chime in on the turbo... a 60-1 (particularly one with a puny .82 A/R turbine) will be pretty wimpy on that engine.

Your hp will start flattening out by around 5000 or so I bet.
