Omp removal question

I have removed and blanked my Omp. Not had time to remove the lines and injectors though yet. Is there any issue running the motor with the lines left open? Of course I would tie them up out of the way. Just wanted to make sure that does not equate to having an airleak?

Cheers

Unbolt the lines...why you wouldn't have done this if you've removed the omp is strange??? Just put a bolt in each housing once you have removed the one way valve..

I have seen too many housings damaged from people installing bolts. We have oil injector port plugs in our kit. 20B OMP Elimination Kit

I basically have got the same plugs to install. With a bit of thread lock or sealer I assume?
However, I posted the question as it does not look like a 5min job to do. I.e plenum off and fuel rail out? I am doing this between jobs on the car and might want to fire it up to move it about before I have time to install the plugs. Just wanted to be sure if that was okay to do or not?
Cheers
