I seem to remember seeing someone talk about the N-1 hood not fitting on their FD once they put in a 20b. Can someone verify this?

that hood's gorgeous, my personal favorite, but i think hood fitment all depends on your setup. what subframe you're using, what brackets, and what mounts, will put the placement of the motor in a variety of spots/heights. i'm using the pettit subframe and competition fc mounts, i'll be happy if my stock hood fits. ordered my motor mounts today, so i'll be able to tell you how much room i have next week. what setup do you have? maybe others with a similar setup could chime in and let you know.

 

I want to get this hood, but it seems to me that someone was selling theirs due to the fact it wouldn't fit after their install. At this point I'm going to pull my 13b and send my car to get painted. Then I was planning on selling the 13b and getting a 20b put together to complete the resurrection.

All that's been done at this point is lowered, 18" rims, turbo timer, fuel injectors, battery relocation, and an a-pexi dual filter intake kit that is still in the box, wings west bodykit (sold the wing). The motor has 3k on it and the body has like 78k.. not real sure haven't been in it since school started and I only put 8 miles on it last summer.
