I'm in the process of putting my two rotor together to learn how to use my Haltech E11V2 Ecu. I'm putting the 3 rotor in in the near future. Can you use LS1 coils with an amplifier on a 20B or do you just use regular coils with an amplifier?

Ls1 coils do not require an amplifier, they are "smart coils" the amplifier is built in. If you need to run waste a spark you can simply run them in parallel.
