Torque breaks driveline compnents, not hp.
Some v8 RX-7 guys are breaking the tripods and axles with 450 rwt. They are drag racing when they break apparently.
A Cusco rearend should be able to handle what you throw at it.
Look at Jimlabs giant thread for some interesting options.

Why don't you build the motor and get the car running first and then worry about it after?

My motor is finished and my car is running but without turbo....just for a few more weeks maybe 2 more weeks and then its time for the turbo and remapping.....but i still know that the rear end is not strong, so I want to make it hold on for more power, if I am wrong then please tell me what to do .

Ari Yallon is running 9.1@155 1/4
He makes 700+ Horsepower
He uses
Kaaz LSD
chromoly 300m Axles
and everything else in axle assembly cryo treated

getting the transmission internals cryo treated would help handle more power
also

Thank you Kabooski!!!
I spoke to Lee at driveshaftshop and I bought a axel set for my car he said that it can handel high hp levels.

But there is only one problem left....the tranny...is there any T56 adapter kit or should I buy a TH350 tranny.......I dont realy like to drive that slow on the high way but if I need to kill some piston cars then i need to get a good tranny for low costs.....low 9 sec is a goal.

How fast will your top-speed be with 1:1? On the BMW-gearbox the 5th gear is 1:1 also... must go over 250km/h or else i'll be sad...
Last setup did 210km/h on 4th gear in my 13BT FC...

If you use the rx7 TII rear end then its the top you will reach but if you use the BMW rear end then i dont know may be 320km/h at 9000rpm.
I think the BMW has rear end gear ratio 2.83. so that would not be a problem to make 250km/h.

OEM is too weak, we make custom.
