GT42 water cooling question with 20b

hey guys, should i take the cooling water for the gt42r directly from the cool side of the radiator? i don't see any water output from the engine other than the 3/4" heater output on the driver side of the engine.

i'm worried about creating too much flow through the turbo which will decrease water flow to the engine by the same amount.

how do you guys usually route the water cooling lines for the turbo from 20b?

thanks again.

btw, i have electric water pump, and don't have the stock water pump housing with the turbo water outlet. that's why i'm asking.

thanks all.
