Got the car out this past weekend.

It's finally spring here in MN. I've been busy retuning the car. Here is log of one of my runs where i enabled the dyno math library in AEM.
From the responces in the AEM form about the Dyno math have been good.

As you can see it calculates 445 whp at 6560, and 427wtq at 3800. Once i get the AFR dialed in a little closer i'll get her to the dyno to see how acurate it is. 445 whp + 15%-20% drivetrain loss = 511-530 fwhp. close to 500hp Pettit claims they get. So I feel it is fairly acurate.
This is a stock ported stock turbo'd 20b w/ 550 pri & 1600 sec inject, front mount intercooler, dp, Resonated MP, Apex-I GT exhaust, AEM computer.

I have the stock turbos maxed. And the Duty cycle on the boost solinoid
is at 90% after it hits 1 bar. As you can see the stock turbos quickly run out of steam after 5. You can feel it in the car as a quick ruch then it tapers off.

enjoy.

I weighed my car last night at a local grain elevator after hours. They have the display visible through a window. A choaking 2930lbs w/ 1/2 tank of gas. ouch!!!. I hope the truck scale was off, but it did read zero after i pulled off.

OMG.. stock turbos 450whp and 425 ft/lbs
@ a bar? 550's w/ 1600cc secondaries.
Damn i really need to rethink the single turbo setup for a few months.
im estimating a 2200lb weight on my setup so 450whp will be quite a handful at 6500 rpm.
great job is an understatement... be safe on those roads

niiiice! everyone has been bashing on the twins for so long... im glad you have shown they are not as bad as everyone thinks. (you are running them in parallel right?). anyway nice job!

this is off topic, but i just pulled my 20b motor from the front clip, and testfitted the alamorotary DP... (i think you have that one if memory serves) anyway, the coolant lines for the secondary turbo cant be connected cause they now longer reach w/ the DP in the way... anyway just wondering how you solved this problem? ok back on topic.......

thanks guys.

The turbos die out quick. I have the boost AVC-R set to 90% dutycycle at 5k-8k. They just cant flow enough to make more power. I will have her on a dyno soon. I just want to work a couple tuning hick-ups that are left.. I've put on 500 miles or so the past week getting the drivability descent.

With virtually no boost below 3k rpm's, hows the low end performance as compared to the seguencial twins of a 13b? Does the 20b's torque make make-up for the lag? I'm asking because George Samuels 20b "Bermuda" with non seguencial twins can be driven in 4th gear at 12mph with no need to down shift.

Oh yea..... What do your A/F ratios look like?

The torque is decent, but i'm used to a v8( I also have a Camaro with a built fuel unjected 350). On the highway you can leave it in 5th pass people with little effort.

Afr is ~10.6 under boost. You can look at the text log in the first post, It gives Wheel HP, load(boost), RPM, AFR. I know i can lean it out a bit to get closer to 11.0 and gain some power but I would rather play it safe.
