Cracking marks front cover

Just noticed my front cover/oil pump cover has what looks like lots of little surface cracking/crazing marks on the outside of it. They don't go through the thickness. Want to know if that is common/normal or if I need to be looking at changing the cover for a better one. If so is it the same as 13b FC or anything else so I might stand a chance of picking one up for less than an arm and a leg?!

they're not cracks and nothing to be concerned about.

RE is right, they're cracks in the mold, not the part.

Casting marks being highlight by oxidation and the front cover is the same as the S5 TII.
