Question Cosmo oil regulator vs. FD regulator, equal pressure?

Does the Cosmo 3 rotor and 2 rotor oil pressure regulators produce the same pressure as the FD? Anyone know? I'm about to slap together my Cosmo 2 rotor and need to know if I should swap out the Cosmo regulator for the FD's oil regulator. Thanks in advance.

you're using all fd bearings and gears right? if yes then use the fd regulator. i think the cosmo is like a t2, but i'm not sure, but since you have the parts

Yeah all FD stuff...Ok will do then. I was just trying to get the Cosmo motor together before tearing the FD motor out and apart.

FD has the highest rated OPR - at around 100psi.

Thanks Ted :-) Tearing out the FD motor now, reusing the OPR in the new motor.
