blown 20b

finaly starting to take some form of shape
engine mounted now as is the gearbox and 9" diff thanks to Kerry at TGA.

this is sort of how everything will be layed out.

the polystyrene mount will obviously be replaced will an alloy set up to mount the scoop and filters, it will also be only about half as high

the barrel cooler is a tight fit, even more so will be the engine radiator which is going to take some creative work. it will lay right forward into the bumper bar. It will come back right under the barrel cooler which will mean we have to move the factory cross bar and re engineer that. The cooler radiator will fit in front of the engine radiator. The oil cooler 9factroy JC Cosmo item) will mount in the side of the front spoiler with a cosworth or similar vent feeding it with a fan mounted on it also. Its going to be tight to fit everything thats for sure

now the car is home we are tackling the brake conversion. the rx7 and a mates 323 will receive the same conversion. S4 calipers on VTiR prelude 280mm discs on the front, with s4 calipers and rotors on the rear. We have done most of the trial wor on the 323 so far (both use s1 rx7 struts

no not yet, we are working on the brakes etc first, then I will be making u a dummy radiator set up so we can have one made to fit, by then my brother should be free to have the car back to start on the manifolds etc.
It will be a front mounted throttle body (90mm) GTR skyline style set up

ok, i didnt explain that very well lol
the manifold/plenum chamber will be 'shaped' like the gtr style or more so like the GReddy/Trust after market items with one large single throttle body, so unlike most blower set ups, we wont have a TB above the blower.
