I think you are going to have a tough time finding one new in the US. You might be able to have one shipped from Japan or Australia.

We have complete used 20b WP housing assembly too, if that is the way you end up going.

Is it possible to replace the water pump bearing and impeller in a 20B housing with 13B water pump parts? Thereby giving you a new pump in an old housing? I ask because I bought a 13B pump for my 20B after being told it would fit. Which as far as I can tell it will BUT the tower part of the housing of a 13B is going to sit almost too close to the e shaft pulley. If it is possible will any bearing puller work for removing the old WP bearing or will I need a Mazda tool?

Hey guys,
Can't help with your specific question - but I did easily put a S4 13BT water pump on a D Series 20B. Didn't want to, had to. No pully room as I was keeping a/c and p/s. And I kinda had the 13BT engine just sitting there. Haven't fired up the car yet, so no realy idea if the flow rate will be enough. Will happily go electric if I need to - will be good for avoiding heat soak after turning off if nothing else.
Cheers guys!
