20b Vacuum Nipple on the Throttle Body?

There is a small vacuum line connection on the bottom of the 20b throttle body that appears to exit right in front of the throttle valves on the elbow side. Does anyone know what the purpose of this is on the stock car?

No but I hooked it up to the oil filler tube to act as a PCV valve. I didn't run it like that long enough to determine whether it worked or not. The theory seemed sound at the time.

I think RETed knows what it is used for.
