20B with stock twins into FD RX7

Hi guys im new here so go easy lol
My friend has a 1996 FD with a blown 13B-REW in it, it runs on one rotor wen you tow it but it just poors smoke out, it has afew other bits that need fixing but otherwise its a good car, more to the point he offerd it to me for $10,000NZD (about $5000-$5500USD) and I am considering buying it and ripping the 13B out and fitting a twin turbo 20B into it. Il be having the new 20B bridge ported and have the rotors lightend and some performance 3mm apex seals fitted. with that ive heard that you can have the HT-12s upgraded or there are ones available that can handle more boost or are hi-flowed? If so where can I get these from. Ive also heard that you have to modify the stearing linkages because they get in the way of the twins? I know it can be done but can anyone here explain? In the end im looking to get 450-500hp reliably without having to worry about stressing the engine to much. Any sugestions or input from anyone would realy help or anyone who has done this with the stock twins, I would like to know as much as possable as im abit of a novice.
Thanks,
Luke
