20B Dual Thermostat Question

I've searched through the 20B Dual Thermostat posts in the forum and I know that the cooler thermostat is operated via a separate vacuum line however I am unsure what to do in the case that the factory vacuum system has been removed.

My 20B still uses the factory twin system but I am running a Microtech. Should I just disconnect the thermostat vacuum line altogether and let it breath at atmospheric pressure OR should I route the manifold pressure to the thermostat input?
