Hi all.

I have some problems getting a Cosmo running properly. A troublescan with the tester shows code 48, and this indicates something like "Split Air Sol V system".

Can someone explain what this valve does, and were it is?

The Cosmo is running a RE-Amemiya ECU (Spec C), T88 single. It is really poor on idle. It has to be trottled to keep running.

Any pointers anyone?

sounds like a solenoid went bad for the split air system, which would be connected with the air control valve system. Find the split air solenoid and replace it.
