Yep. Check the sig. You're going to be interested in the LTX12, which has 6 ignition and 6 injector outputs, and will run a 20B with timing split and sequential fuel injection.

Just about any computer that can run a 6-cylinder can run a 20B. However, if you want to split the firing of the leading and trailing spark plugs, special software and a minimum of 6 ignition channels are required. Computers which claim to run a 20B with split timing include the Electromotive TEC3, Haltech E11, Microtech LTX12, Motec M800, and Wolf3D V4 Plus.
