Here is your car with a carbon fiber hood. When I darkened it, it really darkened the shadow.

More_Power,
Wicked job man!! I think with my rims painted black it wouldn't look half bad. Since my rims got road rash from the SKYDOME parking lot and the idiots at mazda, this gives me something to think about.

4ohfour...., I'll get you the dimentions when I go to the shop. As for the neon lights, I thought about putting some blue under mine. My fogs used to be strobes b4! They looked soooooo solid! Everyone loved them but they didn't last long cuz EUROLITE products are cheap! But for a green car, the green neon will look nice at night... besides the chicks will go for that!! LOL

Besides you gotta do this stuff while you are young cuz most of your life you'll be driving some family car, tak'in the wife and kids around!! no more 7. Sad but true.

I was just hoping they didn't make the car too wide or were race-only type things.

Looks like I've got motivation to get a job now. `,=o)

the gto body kit looks really cool, but the biggest problem that i see for using it on the street is the little clearance.. all of the fenders, and body pannels, run so close to the ground that i would be afraid of damagine it during every day use.. especially when around speedbumps

I've got a TWR ( Yes I know, the man is a *******) Tom Walkinshaw Racing bodykit.

It was used during Cup-racing in Europe during the '80's

But still I think it's very nice

Well, erhm.... as I said it is a TWR bodykit (Tom Walkinshaw Racing ; yes the guy from the F1-team Arrows )

It was used a lot in Cup-racing in Europe in het 80's.
To be honest.... I have not seen this kit anywhere....
Only the rear wing a couple of times.
Because it was mainly used for cupracing in Belgium I'm afraid it will nog be easy to find a complete kit. Please ask a belgium member of this forum... maybe they know more...

More Pics? well i've got a small website

Mireck's Mazda RX-7 site

But unfortionally I haven't got much webspace to put all my pics on the internet.
Currently I'm repairing my Elford Turbo engine. It will also be modded. Check out my site for updates!

It's the only running 12A turbo I know of here in the Netherlands

Well not running for now... but I want to get it back on track in Mai...

Greetz.

Nah, I'm not worried about the speed bumps. I won't have the kit as low as they have it in the pics. I do want to be able to drive the thing, ya know?

Alright guys, y'all may think I'm crazy, but I like THIS:

I have NO idea what it is or where to get it. The rear wing makes it look a little too "supra-ish" but otherwise it ROCKS. Very clean.

Normally I'm a die-hard 2nd gen guy... but my soon-to-be daughter (I'm adopting my "significant other's" daughter) will be old enough to drive in just over a year, it's time to start a project for her. I figure the cost of the car and insurance won't break me if I "do up" a first gen for her. (She likes 3rd gens, but she is NOT getting one for a first car!) She's got her eye on a CRX with a body kit (as in KIT CAR type kit, very radical- link below) and if that is what she really wants, I'll do it... but I just think an RX-7 is a better choice.

(**edit** bah, they won't let you link... just go check them out!)

Now granted, that kit is cute, (except for the integra-like headlights) and a CRX is reliable as gravity... but I just don't think it is near the car that an FB is. (Although they do well in autocross, don't they?)
What do y'all think? She also likes some of the kits out there for Fieros... but I don't think that's as good (reliable, safe, good handling) as either the CRX or FB.

Anyway, back to the RX-7 body kit.
The Mariah Mode One is sweet, except I don't really like the front end. What about the Mariah Mode One fenders (all 4) with a custom front and rear bumper cover like the ones in the pics of the purple FB above? Does ANYONE know what kit that is or where to get it?

Brad
