My wife's mom was not sexist, she bought toy cars as well as dolls for her daughters. Below is the better condition one of the two identical cars that my wife and her sister always liked because they have opening doors. The bottom reads " "tomica, MAZDA SAVANNA RX-7, copyright TOMY 1979, NO:50 S-1/60, MADE IN JAPAN"
Also, it's right-hand drive and has the correct SA rear tailights/ depression.

It's twin is maroon and has bent axles, so it's going to get "restored".
I'm always on the lookout for more.
Oh, the things we wasted as children... many of my old Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars died violently. Remember Sid the toy-destroying kid in the 1st Toy Story movie? That was me. At least I never had an RX-7 at that age.

well the 10a housing is the rarest mazda part i have... now for toys lets see, a tyco sav. in the green, right drive 2+2 with the mesh rims
, or a pewter 1st gen, or a sav. r.c. car(orange), then theres the 12a right drive widebody racecar with roll cage and other cool stuff in it
pics coming soon

Cool Felix, that looks like a '74-'75 rotor housing.
About that stud, it's what my front rotor housing has for the engine hanger, like BadAssRX-7 said. If you look closely at the top of the rear rotor housing right next to the shadow of the oil filler tube, you'll see the top of a round headed screw. These rotor housings need something threaded into them because the hole goes right down into the water jacket. There was only one per rotor housing as well. Mazda improved them in '74 as you can see in Felix's pic (they don't go all the way through anymore).

Damn, you guys have some sweet collector ****. The only things I have like that are a pair of "Anniversayr X edition" badges from a 80 an-x edition. Oh yea, got the 83 limited badges too.

Manntis, the closest I can get to that is my key fob that originally came with my RX-2 when it was new.
I have a factory service manual for it too

i also have a old school 13b housing its TRASHED but still looks cool saying MAZDA... but the 10a housing still takes my collection cake that and the fb stuffed pillow
Felix, I wish!
I have a 1976 Mazda Cosmo Workshop Manual. It's got all sorts of codes and numbers on a label on the back.
LOC. 105C01
PART NO. 9999-95-014B-76
DESC. COSMO WKSP MNL
QTY. ORD.
QTY. SHIP 1
INV. LINE 45
INV. NO. N71970
INV. DATE 05-11-82
DLR. CODE 10245
I guess that makes it legit! I'm not sure how rare it is though.
