Ummmm... What is it?

It appears to be a UIM with a two barrel side draft carburetor... But what's the box on the top part? Carb hat for turbo?

I never said I wasn't proud.

Hmmm. Webers... So that's what they look like.

I could never tell a Weber from a Mikuni from a Dellorto in people's engine bay pics. Alls I can see is it's an aftermarket carb.

However now that I've seen the pics, I'm gonna retract my side draft and UIM statement because it appears to be down draft and a single piece intake.

Unless there are side draft carbs with velocity stacks... (Or what the hell are those little silver flared dudes on top of aftermarket carbs?)

Perhaps it's time for me to start searching more in depth on carbs.
