There is a do-hickey on my 85, between the rats nest and carb. it has a green connector w/wires going into the top of it. The bottom has a vac hose that goes into a tee. A hose (slightly larger) on one side of the tee is open, I can't figure out where it goes. I'm sure you guys know jusat what that is and where the hose should go. Please enlighten me.

Not sure what its called but at the "T " the hose goes to vacuum at the rats nest and the air cleaner and to that thingy your talking about. Back side( towards firewall) of the aircleaner is where the hose goes
