Yet another idle problem

Please don't get mad. Yes this is another se idle problem post. Yes I did search. I have also re-adjusted my tps. I have also just put in some new NGK's. My car not only will not keep a steady idle it will die. It will surge and then slowly the surgeing will drop till it dies. I am going to take apart the lower intake manifold and replace the gaskets and check the vacuum tubing. I was wondering if there is anything else that could cause very bad idleing or lack thereof.
Is the screw on top of the throtle body the idle adjust screw, because if it is mine does absolutely nothing. I am about to the point of taking my car to Nashville and letting someone there fix it, but if I did that I would not learn anything from my problem. Please somebody help me fix my poor car. Thank you for all your help.

Boy am I PISSED!! I can't believe you're annoying us with this stuff!! Get A LIFE!

(Just Kidding!)

We'll never get mad when asked to help, at least no one's gotten mad at me yet, and I ask really idiotic questions at times.

Have you checked this link?
http://www.nellump.net/peri/epi/firs...gslseIdle.html

I've never done what you're doing, mine runs fine at the moment, but there's some great info there!
If that doesn't work, just ask. One of these SE guru's on here have the answer! Good Luck!
