alrgiht, so i've got this deal to get some 16x7 rims off one guy locally he's currently running tokico blues with Racing beat springs ... now 2 things ... i've read through some posts and couldn't really find much.
Would I need a camber kit to go with wheels that big? I've heard from some people locally here that when you decide to go over the overall stock diamiter of a tire camber may need to be adjusted would this be true?
Also reading from few post someone said that 15" on our cars is the best for overall performance, due to the fact that you actually need a little side wall to take the impact?
Thirdly, how much more of a stiff ride will the car be now with the lower profile tires?

Unless your adjusting in positive camber I don't see what your even talking about. Giving more positive camber would bring the top of the wheel/tire closer to the strut/spring. You should never need a camber kit for larger wheels.
And as for a stiffer ride because of the lower profile, unless the roads are bombed out around where you live, or if you rear end is sensitive enough to tell the difference between 55-50 series sidewall and a 45-50 series sidewall, don't worry about it.

As Drift said, wheel diameter has nothing to do with front end alignment. The problem you are more likely to have is fender rub and to some extent that will depend on the tires. I can tell you for a fact a 245/45 16 WILL RUB over bumps. I have a pair on the rear of an 84 gsl.

Glad to see that someone has actually missed me. I'm planning a return to the FB scene. I'm going to be graduating college in December at which point I hope to get a job and purchase another FB. My car is still around on the boards if you check. Kim has put some Rx8 seats in it, Supercharger from Rotaryshack, and some other goodies. IT's nice to see someone continuing on with my project. I'm ready to get back behind the wheel of another FB though. Wish me luck....
