would an 85se fuel pump be enough for blow through

building a blow through set-up and was wondering if an 85se fuel pump enough for a blow through set-up???

or which pump and regulator should i look for???

i'm using the msd f.i. pump. was 75 bucks total and will be plenty. already has the ends on it and is pretty small. comes with mounting hardware too!

unless you have a free pump I would forget it. Too many hassles with the Pulsation Damper/Pressure reg on the pump, and non - standard fittings make this a nightmare once it starts to leak and crap. Like FBII said, get a MSD or Holley or Bosch or Walboro or anything but another SE pump. .I hate em.

Hm... i'm not too sure.

However i am sure that my blowthrough turbo car has one, and it runs like a champ. (The MSD unit that is.)

i'm using a mallory 4307M (I believe), and the MSD Fuel pump pt # 2225. Here is the link to the pump:

not to doubt you, but are you sure that fuel pump will be enough for this blow through system???
and what about the aeromotive A2000 REGULATOR
pt#027-13202 from jegs is anyone using that type of regulator.

yes i'm positive, so is Robert @ rotaryshack, and so is AJC13B in australia. Robert installs this on every blowthrough turbo car he does pretty much.
