Unhappy worst case scenario

so i was driving my 7 the other day and for no reason it just looses power... will not go over like 48 49 miles per hour... long story short.. i get it home... take off the plug wires to rotor 2... keeps running... put them back... take off the plugs to rotor one... and it died... it even sounds funny when u try to start it... my thought is... apex seals... done. is there any chance that its something other than this?....

Well if you didnt get shocked off you *** doing that. Maybe you got ignition problems. Do a compression test of the rear rotor. But it sounds like you may have lost the rear rotor. Milage and condition of the engine?

Good luck, let us know what happend. If you dont have a compression tester, pull the plugs (one rotor at a time-disconect your ignition coils)and have someone turn it over while you listen. Listen for a swoosh swoosh swoosh. It will be evident if you have no compression on any face of the rotor. Good luck.

well... i get no compression at all in rear rotor... the sound is very non "swooshy" and yeah so now im f*cked... ive got no money to have this engine replaced... i bought the car thinking it may last me at least till i go away to school... (Jan. 9th) but obviously it only lasted me 3 f*cking weeks! un f*cking beleivable... even my 15 year old camaro with a blown oil control ring lasted me over a year. this is really unbeleiveable. if anyone in the chicagoland area is looking for a 7 for parts... most everything is ok on this car... clutch is relatively new and the 5 speed trans has no problems. wheels arent in immacualte shape but tires have decent meat left... anyone in chicagoland want this car? it does run and i can be driven to someones house if purchased... might need to be towed if distances excede about 15 miles because i dont know if i'd trust it... pm me... make an offer.
