"Highway Patrol to target offenders on U.S. 23 North
Distracted driver and high speeds, not the road, are to blame for a recent string of deadly crashes on U.S. 23N near its intersection with Main Road, according to State Patrol....
The area has been declared a Target Enforcement Area, and troopers will begin cracking down on speeder and other offenders on the stretch of highway between the town of Delaware and one mile north of Delaware State Park.......There have been three fatal crashes in that area, killing four people and injuring eight others...."
So, Cowboys, if you're heading for the Round-up at the Delaware State Park this Sunday head 'em up cool and easy as there be Bears in the area....
