won't start now./

Thought I had a starter problem,......bought a new starter, well, it's used, but garuntee'd.
Same thing happens as before I switched starters. I turn the key, and "Click".
Every time I turn the key, it makes one click.
What could that be?

^^ditto. Click means ur solenoid is working saying ur ignition switch is working. This also means that there isn't enough amps to turn over ur starter. Either the big positive wire is loose somewhere or the negative battery cable that goes to your bellhousing is dirty/loose..

try to push start it and see if the engine turns over.., first though put your car in neutral and open the hood, turn the main pulley clockwise, does it turn?

This happened to me before. It was my positive terminal. I replaced that and also grabbed a new Negative terminal + cable, but only changed the positive terminal. Bwam, starts like a charm everytime.

Yeah, probably no big deal. If the motor will turn by hand, then replace both battery cables (if you want to do it right) or at least clean up all of the connections. Just an issue with getting enough juice to the starter to get it spinning (and it takes a lot). Good luck...
