Angry Wiring Trouble

Well, I've been going on and on about my RX for a while now, and I'm still finding the odd problem.

I've got an 83 with the 83 dash setup. I would like to get an 84 instrument cluster in there, and have already made plans to modify the back of the dash to accomodate it. HOWEVER... I grabbed wiring diagrams for both the '83 and '84 off both Mitchell on Demand 5, and All Data.

Neither of them can explain the mess of wires that fit onto the '83 instrument cluster. Then it hit me.

The diagrams for the '83 are the same as the '82 and below... the '84 is for '84 and '85...

The '83 uses a COMPLETELY different instrument cluster then its fellow FBs... does anyone know where a diagram that will work for it is? The wiring diagrams in the Haynes book are exactly like the ones in All Data. Or, barring anyone knowing where to find a diagram, has anyone /made/ one? I'm about ready to just trace all the wires internally on the cluster and map them to the colors, even if it takes me a while (This vehicle is almost a daily driver, sans oil leak, at this point).

I'm about ready to throw expensive computer stuff around because both sources I have (up to date subscribtions) are completely not helping. :/

Thanks! Hopefully they have the pin allocation for my instrument cluster (finally).
