wiring diagram for the mass air-flow sensor

does anyone have the wiring diagram for the maf sensor? i need to figgure out what each prong is for so i can figgure out if i can wire my miata hotwire mass airflow sensor. the rex has a seven prong plug, and the miata has a 5 prong plug. whats the deal?

Just go to www.iluvmyrx7.com, you'll find every possible electrical diagram for each year. I downloaded and printed mine for my 84 (about 60 pages) and it's been great help, takes quite a while to download though...
