Wiper Inserts for the Original Wiper Blades
This is a quick one, if you have a set of original wiper blades, and you would like to keep them, but with new inserts, the inserts are available, sort of.
the original blades can be I.D.'ed by the NWB stamp in them. NWB (Nippon Wiper Blade, https://www.nwb.co.jp/market/product_e/nr27.html) does not seem to make this style of blade anymore, but the insert is the same as the current offerings.
so you need to buy two of 27-018 (18" or 450mm), pull the rubber out, and you can then put them in your original blades.
for paint i used some Rustoleum high heat, there is no part number on the can, and i can't remember if its a semi gloss or a matte, but its pretty close to the NWB semi gloss.
the rear should work the same, except its a different length.

Would love an original set but sadly I think most original blades are long gone. I have three out of four original tires that are no good I've hung onto them for nostalgic purposes. And because I'm a hoarder.
