Windshield Wiper Nut Size

anyone have an exploded view of the windshield wiper arm?
Just wonder what washer / nut sizes fit under and over the windshield wiper arm.

14mm, holding the arm on, 12mm (4 of them) under the cowl and (two of them) under the hood on the firewall holding the sub assembly in place.

from memory, could be wrong, but i dont think the sizes are.
