So, I finally found out what the cause of my wipers getting stuck was; the gear inside the wiper motor box has a single missing tooth. So it gets caught on that tooth and cannot continue. Any ideas on what I should do? I do not really think that spending an absurd amount of money on a new motor is fair. Please give me some ideas!

If you pull one from a junkyard (or buy a used one from the classifieds here) and refurbish it carefully, you'll save a pile of coin.

 

Thing is, that I called the junk yards around here, and none of them claim to actually have rx7's in their yards...

 

Have you tried the forum's "Classified" section? First-gen section normally has a few cars being parted out. Or you could put up a "want to buy" ad.

 

Ya, I found a guy. Gonna be spendy, but hey, kind of need wipers that work in OR eh? And I did find him the classifieds. Thank you for your help!
