window regulator question.

my lh side just went out, should i try to find one used or pay $70 for a new one? thanks.

$70 is actually pretty cheap FWIW. retails at something like $140. ANY SA/FB reg will fit BTW. World full of wrecks you could get one from. Shouldn't have to pay more than $25....?

if you get one from a wrecking yard, then you get a used regulator. But you already have a used regulator. And removal/install/adjust takes an afternoon.

No, Not an Alaskan afternoon. A lower 49 states afternoon.
