Just checking to see if my 79 glass roof will fit an 80 model as well.....or only the 79.


It is the factory unit, with the pop up instead of spin handle.

 

No, the '79s are the only year with the flip up latch, so it won't fit an '80 or newer. Sorry.

 

i have seen a few 80's with a pop up handle, but I ebeliev it was very very limited...i think only like very first 80's might have been pop ups, so for the most part nope only 79's

 

Alrighty....thanks for the info. I myself half remembered seeing an 80 with this pop up latch, but wasn't sure until now.

I guess I'll be listing it on Ebay - just wanted to make sure my auction information was correct as to which models it can fit.
