will a 2nd gen intake manifold fit?

is the 2nd gen intake manifold bigger than the 1st gen? If so will a 2nd bolt up to a 1st gen? thanks

i think the upper will fit onto the lower, but the lower will not bolt up to the engine.

you get the whole s4 or s5 intake and bolt it on theres a lil triming that has to be done on the rear iron if you do a S5 intake but there is a some info on here so do a search

i am planning on doing this mod soon. i found some useful info on the this forum with some really good reviews on this mod. if you are doing this swap, the easiest route to go is the S4 intake swap. i think its a straight bolt on with minimal modifications. the links below will get you started.
