will this work or do u have to buy a custom intake and somthing like a holey carb?

 

The intake manifold will not work. Depends on what size your carb is, you can switch it on to a 13B manifold and tune it for the 13B? Is this a 4-port or 6-port?

 

its a 6port s5 that im trying to carb for cheap with out going to racing beat or somthing

 

racing beat wont have a kit for your plan. Try tweakit.com you will need a S5 6port to 12-A adapter plate to mount a 12-A intake.

but again, I've seen ghetto intake manifold wherein they cut a S5 lower intake flange and welded a 12-A intake manifold to it.
