Will 12A 7 wheels fit an RX-3?

My panasport clone wheels on ebay have about a 85mm backspacing. I've got a lot of people asking if they'll fit an rx-3. Anybody in here know?

I think I remember reading that they bolt up no prob. The offset is probably pretty close.
