I agree Mike, that would be sweet with a 13BT in it.

I was just about to say that as I was scrolling down this thread!

A while back I had the idea of starting up a fund - a sort of consortium of RX-7 owners who would purchase back all the V8 perversions they could find. The goal would be to get together, and build them back to their true and proper forum... when each car is finished, a giant party would be thrown.

Well, that one would be the perfect candidate, there's no engine in it. All you would have to do is switch the crossmembers etc back and there ya go. It already looks sweet as hell and has cool wheels. Just needs a 13BT. Then it would kick ***. Too bad the auction is over. that would be a sweet project.

as sort of a sacrifice to the rotary gods, we'll pile the v8s together on a bonfire, light it, and perform tribal dances around it.

we'll also grill out.

I actually owned one of those monstrosities....

http://v8rx7.com/page1.htm

While It might have looked good...It was honestly a POS...Maybe low 14's, but I could never take it to the strip because it would not shift into OD (ran out of revs)..

302 Consisting of USED SHITTY 76 Ford Truck Parts.. (Chris Vetters told me that it had forged internals)...I got duped on the deal...

AOD out of an LTD, WORST TRANNY EVER....

You should have seen Jim Downing's face when I showed him some pics of that thing...He almost wanted to fire me right then and there..

Last I heard it was somewhere in Louisiana...Cajun Bonfire anyone?? non-rotary 7's

I cant wait to get mine.....this guy owed my buddy a few thousand for the WB kit and the reverse lip wide work wheels...left the country and keep the car in his garage for a few years. Finally he came back and told my buddy that he could not pay him back.

My bud considered it a loss and ask if I wanted it.....he had NO room for anther car.....

I told him....**** YA!!!!

I will post pics in a few weeks. I have to get it to my house in Sac.
