Unhappy Why Do My Fuses Keep Blowing??

O.K. so I installed a CD player in my car "SONY CDX-M630" Every since then my fuses have been blowing. The ones that control my dome light, ignition light, and clock. What is causing this? How can I fix it? Did I wire something wrong?

The CD player is drawing too much current.

Re-route the CD player's power wire to the + terminal of the alternator and put the proper size fuse on that power wire.

The circuit for dome light, ignition lite, and clock were not designed to handle the powah needs of a circa 2004 CD player too!

route it to your battery and make sure that you place a fuse inline with it, that is if yours doesn't have one close to the deck. You got your power and ACC wires hooked up properly?
