At about 6ish maybe 6:30 PM today, (Saturday, 13 November 2004) I saw someone pulled over by 5 or 6 cop cars in the Springfield interchange. This was on the ramp onto I-495E/I-95N (Outer loop of the Capital Beltway) coming from I-95N or 395S...

Didn't see if it was a wreck... I don't rubberneck and I hate people that do, but I caught the headlight signature of a 1st gen in my rearview...

Marker lights didn't look like a Porsche, and it was too wide to be a Miata.

probably an accident or other type of emergency. Usually won't see that many cops on scene unless he decided to not cooperate with one.

 

Wasn't me so that leaves only one other person, lol.

 

Eh, could be a Marylander...

The car was parked at I'd say a 10 degree angle away from parallel with the wall... (I could still see the whole front end, both headlights, both marker lights in the corners of the bumper... But it was obvious it was at a slant.)

There was no front end damage and if it was a wreck, I'd assume it'd be him running into the jersey wall...

There was also no 2nd car at the scene... Just 3 or 4 states and 2 or 3 Fairfax Counties...

 

well I pretty much know all first gens in the area, it is possible it is my friend who doesnt frequent the board, but you never know
