Is that a stock size outer diameter pulley? If so, stock for what year rotary? Or underdrive O.D. pulley?

I just took mine apart and locked the armature in the vise with some pine blocks.

They're easy to put together; you just need two paperclips to hold the brushes back, using the holes provided for just that purpose. And it gives you a chance to clean out the innards. No need to desolder the stator or anything.
