I haven't done it, but i have researched it. Slammed_gsl has done them. you need 3 16mm to -10 and 1 18mm to -10. I dont know if the banjo's are different on the earlier coolers, i just know that they are 16mm for the FC cooler.

I did it with the racingbeat adapters just tell them what year you have and they know what it takes. I got my hoses/fittings from summit racing. first time i ever made hoses like that no problems everything went as planned. I used a cutoff wheel to cut the hoses then clean them out to remove and trash that got in the hose. Just be sure to plan it out before you order because the fittings aint cheap and you dont want to order a 90 then end up needing to get a 45.

thanks dave I look forward to that.
I already have like 30 feet of areomotive ss lines laying around from a bagged nitrous project. Same with the red and blue fittings. I should not have to oprder anything except for the adaptor fittings. I talked with rb and they told me 3 of one and 1 of the other and I couldn't remember which was what.

i've done SS lines for my fuel system, and my '82 came with the FMOC lines already made and in the car. I couldn't tell you right off hand what sizes you need for the FMOC, but I can tell you that it's really easy to over tighten the fittings and crack the threaded bungs. I used a cutoff wheel on a angle grinder to cut the lines, and I wrapped the lines in alot of electrical tape to keep the SS casing in check. Wear thin leather gloves so you have movement, but don't cut the **** out of your hands (I like Mechanic's gloves with leather palms). Good luck

I have made kits with and with out the oil coolers running the SS lines...It's a cake a walk and you can't really **** up...When you cut the SS line wrap it up with duct tape so the edge doesn't fray up or open...After you make the cut take the tape off and your golden...Put a little grease or oil or some kind of lube in the line so when you start to tighten the fittings it will be a little easier
